LearnWorlds's pricing page says you can cancel before renewal, its help center says a cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, and its Terms say no refund is given on canceling but allow a request within 30 days of a new subscription or 15 days of an automatic renewal, so plan on no refund for the current term and ask in writing inside those windows.

Canceling the plan does not automatically cancel the active subscriptions your learners hold inside the school. If LearnWorlds closes an account for a reason other than a breach, the unused balance is refunded; for a breach, nothing is.

An upgrade credits the unused part of the current period to the new plan. A downgrade waits for the end of the billing cycle, and any feature above the new plan's limits must be removed first. Warning: removed items cannot be restored.
