LearnWorlds reports: prove completion, scores and update history
Define the SCORM learner record your client needs, test completion separately from scores and check what happens after a package update.

Choose LearnWorlds reporting only after a sample learner record answers your actual operating question. Course completion, a final grade and individual question results are different kinds of evidence.
Write the question before opening a dashboard
Start with the person who will use the report. An instructor might need to find learners needing help; a client might need evidence that named learners passed a particular version. Those are different jobs. Agree the required fields, deadline, recipient and permitted access before comparing dashboards.
This guide focuses on SCORM evidence. It does not certify a platform for a regulated training obligation or review every native report. Confirm the exact reporting obligation with the person responsible for it.
Map each decision to a record
Use this matrix as a specification for your trial. The fields below are requirements to test, not a claim that every LearnWorlds export contains them.

Know the documented SCORM boundary
LearnWorlds describes package-level completion rather than sub-module tracking. Its graded-SCORM guidance exposes final score or pass/fail in the Gradebook; that is not a promise of detailed question-level results. If detailed interactions matter, make them a mandatory acceptance case before choosing the platform.

Check the Keep Score update caveat
The graded-SCORM help page says Keep Score retains an existing grade initially, but also warns that revisiting after replacement resets SCORM progress and updates the grade to zero. Course-unit completion is described as unaffected. These are different records; do not read the option name as a guarantee of permanent grade preservation.

Use three fictional learners to expose ambiguous results
Create a small, disposable test dataset: one learner who has not started, one who completes but fails, and one who passes. Write the expected status for each before running the lesson. Compare the learner view, administrator view and any export you intend to use.
Record missing columns, ambiguous labels and the time of observation. If a field is absent, mark it unknown and seek documentation or a demonstration. Do not silently substitute an average, infer a pass from completion, or use a screenshot of one learner to claim the whole reporting workflow works. Keep personal customer records out of a public worksheet.
Accept, repair or reject on the important gap
Accept the reporting path when each mandatory question has a reproducible answer and an owner can produce it within the required time. Repair first if a supported configuration or documented export resolves a specific gap. Reject or compare alternatives when an essential record cannot be produced.
For a small informal course, a basic completion record may be sufficient. For a client requiring detailed responses or version history, the same result may be inadequate. Your required evidence sets the threshold; a more elaborate dashboard does not automatically improve the decision.
